Over 350,000 viewers watched 'Peninsula' on the first day of its release > TV-MOVIES

'Train to Busan' sequel 'Peninsula' starring Kang Dong Won and Lee Jung Hyun finally hit the theater on July 15.

According to the Korean Film Council, the movie attracted a total number of 352,930 viewers on the first day of its release, which breaks the highest number of first-day viewers in 2020 after the outbreak of COVID-19 since February. 

'Peninsula' also scheduled for a global release, which include US and Canada in August.​
