Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo divorced back in July. The house that they had lived together in Seoul's Hannam Dong, is reported to be under demolition staring from Feb.

According to the news, a new house will be built with 3 basement floors and 2 above-ground floors and the construction work will be finished next year in Jun.

Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki has returned to Korea after the halt of filming of 'Bogota'.​
