Kim Hyun Joong and Choi Next Court Case Decided in June > K-POP

Kim Hyun Joongnim vs ex girlfriend in 1.6 billion KRW civil suit has entered its 5th hearing today at 3:30pm KST at Seoul Central District Court. Lawyers from both side has completed the submission of evidence to support their claims. 

Attorney Lee stated that the Family case ended . Decided was both parties to have joint parental rights. Custody not decided yet.  Future case will show Kim Hyun Joong's position about parental, custody and child support.   

Even though the paternity was confirmed, Kim and Choi still have to finish the ongoing lawsuits filed against each other. Previoulsy Choi sued Kim for 1.6 billiong won and damages for pregnancy miscarriage due to physicaly abuse accusation.  Kim also filed agaisnt Choi slander, fraud, blackmail threat and exortion for 1.2 billion won.

Witnesses will be called in to testify in June 3, 2106 .Finally, the case is moving forward without further delay.​​
