Actor and singer Lee Seung Gi announced that he will enter the army for the 2-year mandatory military service on February 1. He will release a song entitled 'I enlist in the army' on January 21 for his fans. Seung Gi made his singer debut in 2004 with mega hit song "Because You're My Girl" at the age of 17. He won several music awards including 'Best Solo Artist' at Mnet's Annual Music Awards.
Seung Gi debuted as an actor in 2005 with a sitcom "Nonstop 5." He gained his popularity as an actor when he played the male lead in drama "My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox." Seung Gi recently finished filming movie "Chemistry."
