MC Mong’s New Song”Love Mash” Reaches #1 in Gaon Weekly Chart! > K-POP

MC Mong’s new song “Love Mash” has reached #1 in Gaon Weekly Chart for 2 consecutive weeks.​

According to Gaon Chart, MC Mong placed #1 on the Digital Chart and Streaming Chart in the 12th week (3/08~3/14) of the Gaon Weekly Chart. The song “Love Mash” is about a man who sees the world in a more beautiful way after he in fell love.  Yoon Gun composited and Chancellor of Channels is featured “Love Mash.”

Meanwhile, Ga In’s “Apple,” Shinwha’s “Sniper,” and Beenzino’s “So What” also placed highly  on the chart. Ga In’s “Apple” placed #1 in Gaon’s weekly download chart, and Super Junior’s “D&E” ranked #1 in the weekly album chart.

MC Mong is the legend of K-POP and  a hip hop artist. MC Mong debuted as a member of “People Crew” in 1998. He made his first single debut in 2004 with the album “180°.”

In the same year of his debut, he received a BonSang Award at the KBS Music Awards. MC Mong has collaborated with famous artists. MC Mong left the music industry for 4 years and made a comeback for his long-awaited fans in 2014 with a single album “Miss Me Or Diss Me.”  He finally got his title “the legend of K-Pop” back with his new song “Love Mash”!
