A new twist in Onew's case > K-POP

On August 14, the  Police Station revealed that SHINee member Onew’s sexual harassment case will be passed over to the prosecution as a recommendation for indictment without detention.
According to the police, Onew would be charged because he touched three times a part of a young woman's body. Indeed she danced on a platform beside the chair where was Onew , according to a witnesses. He staggered and couldn't stand up, clung to the leg of the woman to sustain itself several times.

Onew  could not give his version , because he could not  remembering any more of his evening because he was too drunk.

SM Entertainment revealed that the incident was something that could happen because of intoxication. But a police source said "The victim has received further damage as his personal information has been revealed because of press coverage. She signed the form to drop charges due to SM's request, but she testified that there was no change in the fact that the sexual harassment occurred. "

She would have said that this was possible when we were under the influence of alcohol at the request of SM Entertainment.

The police will continue the investigation.
