KCON17 LA: VIXX added to star-studded line-up > K-POP

Freshly announced is that ​Jellyfish Entertainment​'s male group ​VIXX ​will be attending and performing at ​KCON USA Presented by Toyota​.

The six members will be joining Girl's Day, SF9, ​ASTRO​, ​and NCT 127​ for the three-day convention/ two-night concert at ​KCON 2017 LA ​from August 18-20. VIXX just made a comeback last month with their fourth mini-album ​Shangri-La ​with a more Chinese concept, showing their willingness to venture out into the international market. Also, celebrating their fifth anniversary this year, VIXX has their schedules lined up for them to meet their fans all over the world, starting with a mixed concert at Super Pop Con in Manila (July 7), followed by their own fanmeeting tour around Southeast Asia in Malaysia (July 27), Indonesia (July 29), and Thailand (July 30) announced for now.

North American fans who had attended ​KCON ​in the past years would not be unfamiliar with the group as VIXX was at the inaugural ​KCON ​held in 2012, as well as ​KCON 2014, both held in California. They also made it to the east coast for ​KCON NY 2015​ and will be back in the west coast this year!

A new segment of ​KCON LA ​has also been announced: The 'Artist Alley' is a booth at the convention venue (LA Convention Center) will allow fans to get even closer than the previous artist engagement arrangements. The organizer has hinted possibilities of an autograph session to be part of the 'Artist Alley' which will be open to all convention attendees. The artists making an appearance at the 'Artist Alley' will be announced soon.

Ticket sales for ​KCON LA ​starts July 10 at 10am PST and information on ticket prices will be released on the morning of June 17.
