Kim Hyun Joong wins compensation suit against Choi > K-POP

August 10, 2016 the day when the local court ruled in favor of Kpop superstar Kim Hyun Joong and dismissed a compensation suit filed by his ex girlfriend after she alleged that she miscarried his son due to physical assault. 

The battle has been over for Mr Kim where he locked in a legal battle as the accuser is only identified as Choi. and suffered trial by publicity and humiliations from bashers. The plaintiff claimed that she was miscarried his child in 2014, but there was no sufficient evidence from her side, and on the other side Mr Kim filed against choi that she was not preganant ,and spread false rumors about their relationship.

Today, the court dismissed the suit filed by Choi citing lack of evidence while ordering  her to pay 100 million won for Mr Kim for defamation. It is that there is enough evidence that she was Not pregnant.

Kim Hyun Joong nim now serving in the military services since May last year for a mandatory service of all South Korean Man.
