Idol group Girls Generation placed #1 on Billboard's world album chart with their comeback album entitled 'Lion Heart' and proved their global popularity. Billboard said "Girls Generation is one of 6 K-pop groups who have placed #1 on Billboard's world album chart more than twice." Girls Generation will hold their showcase at MNET's music program 'M!Countdown' on August 27.
