Girl idol group 'Red Velvet' to make their comeback with a new album entitled 'The Red' on September 9. They released their track list and jacket image with their comeback date on their SNS this morning. In the jacket image, members dressed up in red dresses and dyed their hair in red, which looks lovely, and cute.
