Kim Tae Woo, Kevin Woo, and Sam Okyere invited as special guests for KCON 2017 Los Angeles > K-POP

​KCON USA Presented by Toyota​ is proud to announce that for ​KCON 2017 LA​, its special guests include ​Kim Tae Woo​, ​Kevin Woo​, and ​Sam Okyere​. The three-day convention will take place during August 18th through 20th at the Los Angeles Convention Center located in the heart of downtown LA. The two-night concert will happen at the Staples Center on the nights of the 19th and 20th.

​Kim Tae Woo is a singer that debuted with ​g.o.d.​ back in 1999. This group was one of the most popular groups during its time and became quickly synonymous with the Nation's Idol and Legends of KPOP, amongst others. Furthermore, this group was one of the few groups to achieve the "million album" seller title. Kim Tae Woo has also been active as a solo singer and is currently promoting 6th album '​T-WITH​'. He will make special appearances at the convention and is scheduled to perform as well.

​Kevin Woo is best known for his time with group ​U-KISS​, although he formally announced his withdrawal from the group earlier this year. He is currently active as a TV host for ​After School Club​ on Arirang TV. U-KISS debuted in 2008 and is quite popular in Japan. He will be embarking on a solo career and will serve as the host for the convention artists engagements sessions as he is fluent in English, having grown up in California with his family.

Sam Okyere is from Ghana and came to fame through his appearance on ​Abnormal Summit​. He represents Ghana as he moved to South Korea as a student.
