BLACKPINK's new pictorial for 'High Cut' > K-POP

BLACKPINK did a photoshoot with ‘High Cut’ magazine and shared several thoughts.

Jisoo said ‘Meeting expectations from fans is the greatest difference during these three years. Before debut we just have indefinite thoughts on having our own fans and worried about if fans like our performances. After debut we realized that we need to work hard to get satisfaction from even one more fan. Even though we prepared perfectly for the stage, best performance depends on whether we have 100% shown our ability on stage.

Jennie said, ‘We have had private time for a while. When we meet each other again and talk about our own stories, it seems like switching on certain button for unity. I feel that all members share the same mind even though they are not being with each other and this makes me feel secure. As all members are working hard at their own position, I also need to be responsible.’

Lisa said, ‘When we worked in Japan sometimes I missed ramen. I like Japanese food like sushi and Tempura, but still occasionally I have the feeling that it will be perfect if there is kimchi with ramen.’

Rosé said, ‘Members are the most important persons in my life. Sometimes they act like my friend and sometime as my family. We learn from each other to make ourselves becoming a better person. I find Jisoo who stay at next room when I am having a hard time, I find Lisa to talk about things that we sympathize with. I seek advice from Jenny if I need. I think we are influencing each other in a positive way.’
