What do five different colored fruits signify? The coming of ​Red Velvet​, of course, known first for the colors that the individual members sported during their '​Happiness​' Days. The quintet will be returning this summer, precisely July 9th, with mini-album '​The ​Red Summer​'!

The first teaser sprung up at midnight KST with the following five fruits: watermelon, pineapple, orange, kiwi, and grape. Fans quickly associate the fruits with the members that have been associated with the specific color. Now, the first member teaser popped up, featuring none other than leader ​Irene​. Dressed in all red and a big sun hat, Irene sure is ready for the summer.

Meanwhile, the mini-album will contain 5 tracks - "Red Flavor", "You Better Know", "Zoo", "Mojito", and "Hear the Sea". Sounds like a perfect combination for the summer!
