Recently another Ilbe (일베*) netizen has made a threat against popular girl group Twice.  JYP Entertainment stated that the police has tracked the culprit's IP address.

According to Korean media sources, the Ilbe user wrote a post titled "Twice has abandoned our country to earn big bucks in Japan" along with photos of Japanese fans gathering at the concert venue.  He/She further writes "Yeah, money is good. Money is the best. Don't come back to Korea or I'll be waiting for you with 10 liters of hydrochloric acid."  This post has since then been removed from the site.  JYP Entertainment responded, "Extra security was ensured when Twice returned to Korea today (July 2nd) and the culprit's IP address has been tracked down. Once his/her identity is confirmed we will take proper legal actions."

Just last month, Twice member Mina received a death threat from an Ilbe user.  That person later posted a handwritten letter to apologize to Mina and the group.

*Ilbe, short for Ilgan Best (일간 베스트), is a Korean community website well-known for its liberal political stance, and its satirical comments and criticisms on ex-president Roh Moo-hyun.
