iKON is back with new stage names! > K-POP

iKON will be back with new stage names for some of the group’s members. A day before iKON’s most awaited comeback as a group, they announced some changes with their stage names. Five members will go by their new aliases from now on, starting with Yunhyeong as Song, 

Junhoe as JU-NE, 

Donghyuk as DK,

Chanwoo as Chan,

and lastly, Jinhwan as Jay.

With their new stage names, iKON is expected to bring new music with their album New Kids: Begin featuring the singles, “Bling Bling” and “B-Day”. iKON debuted under YG entertainment last 2015 after the show MIX&MATCH and since then the group have been receiving praise for bringing out the hip hop genre in their music. The seven member group consists of the above mentioned members along with BI and Bobby, is scheduled to release their new song this May 22 at 6pm. 

Is iKON preparing for the global market with their new names? Fans can’t wait to witness these new kids to take over the stage soon!
