WINNER and iKON on SBS Inkigayo > K-POP

WINNER and iKON once again proved that YG is a family on the May 28th broadcast of SBS Inkigayo. After the broadcast, WINNER members’ Seungyoon, Mino and Jinwoo posted on their IG, a group picture of the two groups backstage. 

In another IG post from winnercity, WINNER was watching iKON’s interview on a screen backstage. 

Their closeness like brothers was clearly shown in the picture, proving to all that these two boy groups from YG have their friendship rooted years back from their trainee days. The members of WINNER and iKON once competed in a reality survival program, “WIN: Who Is Next?” last 2013 where the group WINNER was formed. Amidst some issues between the fans of the two groups, they managed to strengthen their friendship through the said TV program.

On this episode of SBS Inkigayo, WINNER performed their goodbye stage for “Really, Really” while iKON showed their comeback stage for the songs, “Bling Bling” and “B-Day”. Is WINNER handing the promotion baton to iKON in this episode? Many fans of WINKON are happy to watch these two YG boy groups interact with each other.
