BigBang's T.O.P To Re-Enlist Into Military > K-POP

T.O.P is getting expelled and forced to re-enlist into military for another 2 years again after his marijuana scandal. 

The police said, "According to the 41st article of military police management law, a soldier can be expelled if he is not fit to fulfil the duties. We will soon be ordering him to leave the division." 

T.O.P will have to go through investigation after his expulsion. He will also be officially be indicted and possibly charged with illegal drug use. 

T.O.P is being accused of smoking marijuana twice and smoking liquid marijuana twice but he denied the second charges. 

The police said." A soldier cannot be accepted back into a division he has been expelled from unless there are outstanding circumstances. His enlistment as an army policemen is now over." 

The military has since re-assigned T.O.P to Shin Wol Dong's 4th Unit. 

Dispatch managed to capture photo of T.O.P exiting the Gangnam Police Station, where he was originally assigned to for his military duty.
