Bang Si Hyuk and BTS Received Official Invitations From The Recording Academy Joining The Class Of 2019 > K-POP

On June 6(local time), Big Hit Entertainment’s CEO Bang Si Hyuk and 7 members of BTS reported to have received official invitation from the Recording Academy to join as members of the Class of 2019.

According to the Academy, Bang Si Hyuk is invited to join as a Professional member, which is the membership type for music executives, managers, publicists, agents, while BTS are invited to join as voting members. 

After receiving the official membership by the Recording Academy, Bang Si Hyuk and BTS will be eligible to vote for recipients of the 62nd GRAMMY Awards which set to take place in Jan 26, 2020 in Los Angeles.
