BTS took back two trophies at the ‘2019 MTV Video Music Awards’ > K-POP

2019 MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) was held successfully on Aug 26(local time) at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Though BTS were not able to attend the ceremony, yet they still received two awards at the ceremony.

BTS received a total number of 5 nominations, including ‘Best Group’, 'Best Choreography', 'Best Art Direction', 'Best Collaboration' and newly established 'Best K Pop' category. BTS won two trophies from the ‘Best Group’ and ‘Best K Pop’, once again confirmed the popularity of the group in the US!
