One week after the release of WINNER's “Really, Really”, the song made it’s first win on the April 13 episode of M!Countdown. It is WINNER's first win after making a comeback as a four- member group. The group made their first comeback stage for “Really, Really”just five days before their win on M!Countdown. WINNER's “Really, Really” won against Highlight's “Plz Don’t Be Sad” with a score of 9216 to 7888. 

WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon even thanked fans for this win through his official Instagram account. The song continues to top various global and domestic charts.
