Jang Hyun Seung Renews Contract with Cube Entertainment > K-POP

On 13 December, Cube Entertainment made an official announcement that Jang Hyun Seung has renewed an exclusive contract with the agency and will continue as a solo artist. 

Jang Hyunseung has been receiving attention and praise for his participation in MNET dance survival program 'Hit The Stage' following his departure from idol group, BEAST, ​in April 2016. He had also previously gained popularity for his hot collaboration with Hyuna in 'Troublemaker'.

Meanwhile, the current five members of BEAST are still in discussion regarding a contract renewal with no confirmed decision made as of yet. As their 7-year contracts ended in October 2016, there has been talks of the members parting ways with Cube Entertainment to start their own independent label.
