SHINee's Jonghyun is truly "Shinin'" in first MV for "Poet | Artist" > K-POP

​Former ​SHINee​ member ​Jonghyun​ tragically took his life just a month ago after battling depression for a long time. However, after discussions with his family, ​SM Entertainment​ has gone ahead and released Jonghyun's last creation, album "​Poet | Artist​".

It was announced that proceeds from this album would go towards his mother and towards an organization that would help others in similar situations who are battling illnesses. This album is said to be what Jonghyun wanted to attain (Poet) and what he was (Artist). With 11 tracks on the album, fans will hopefully be able to find comfort and solace in this last gift from Jonghyun.

The MV, though short, portrays Jonghyun smiling so happily for the camera, his voice belting out harmonious melodies and notes. His presence seems immersed in a soft white glow, causing some fans to think that he looks very much so like an angel.

​We know that this is a difficult time for fans who are still mourning his death. We advise you to take your time and not force yourself to watch the MV if you are not ready. Please take care of yourself and love yourself and allow yourself to grieve with as much time as needed.
