EXID has been officially announced as the final K-pop act for Toronto Kpop Con this year!
Members Hani, Hyerin, LE, and Junghwa will be the only girl group representation at the convention at TKC17, which also invited KARD and BTOB for separate nights of fanmeetings as well. Co-ed group KARD will meet their fans on May 12, while BTOB will hold theirs on May 13, followed by EXID on May 14, who will no doubt end it with a bang!
Promoter Pop! Goes The World definitely knows what's hot in the K-pop industry right now by inviting these girls and was definitely right about claiming that they are a girl group "we all love". Not only will fans in attendance be able to watch their favorite singers perform, different ticketing tiers also provide additional benefits such as Photo Opportunities, Glow Sticks, Hi-Touch, and Pre-signed Posters. Since it is a fanmeeting rather than a concert, the audience can expect a more interactive night with the top stars and even the audience seated at the balcony will enjoy a great view.
EXID is slated for a comeback on April 10 with four members while main vocalist Solji is allegedly still recovering. Although it is still uncertain whether Solji will make it to TKC17, what's more certain is that the girl group will perform their upcoming title track "Night Rather Than Day".
Ticketing sales have already started for KARD and BTOB, while ticket information for EXID will be announced soon through their homepage. Stay tuned to us as we bring you more information and live coverage for TKC17!
