BTS, TWICE, SEVENTEEN and more received awards on The Japan Gold Disc Award 2019 > K-POP

On Feb 26, The Japan Gold Disc Award 2019 released list of winners. BTS won a total number of 5 awards in 4 segments, including ‘Best Asian Artist’, ‘Album of the Year’, ‘Best 3 Albums’ with ‘Face Yourself’ and ‘Love Yourself: Answer’ as well as ‘Best Music Video’.

Beside BTS, other Korean artists also received great achievement in Japan. TWICE received ‘Best 3 Albums’ with their first Japanese studio album ‘BDZ’ and ‘Song of the Year (By Download)’. The 13-members group SEVENTEEN ‘New Artist of the Year (Japan)’ and ‘Best Three New Artists (Asia)’. Girl group GFRIEND and MOMOLAND were the other awardees of ‘Best 3 New Artists (Asia)’.
