Ji Chang Wook and Kim You Jung - First Team Up - New TV Series "Backstreet Rookie" (English title) > K-POP

It's something new and fresh to be looked forward , it's the first  team up of Ji Chang Wook and Kim You Jung to be aired by SBS sometime in June, 2020 , . Backstreet Rookie (english title) or Convenience Store Saet-Beol (literal title) is based on a webcomic series. where Choi Dae Hyun  (role b Ji Chang wook) runs a small convenience store after he quit his job at a large company. He is looking for a partimer to work at night and it so happened the job was given to Jung Saet- Beol (played by Kim you-Jung).

How will the story goes between the owner of the convience store and part timer, that is for us to find out.  The first script reading meeting was taken sometime in February, and the first teaser is now being released by SBS Broadcast. There will be 16 episode Runtime ever Friday and Saturday.

Ji ChangWook had several dramas since he debuted in 2010, he did Smile Again, Empress Ki and rose his peak of fame when he did the tv series "Healer".  He also did K2 in 2006 and Suspicious Partner in 2017 and did a  crime action film Fabricated City 207.

Kim You Jung is a child korean actress rose in fame in 2003 when she did  several tv series  Don Yi, Moon Embracing the Sun (m favorite)  May Queen and Angry Mom.  She also did some film  Because I Love You, Forbidden Floor. She also received several awards in Baeksang Arts Award as the Most Popular Female in Television.
