Choi Jin Hyuk discharge from the 2-year mandatory military service 1 year and 3 months earlier due to knee cartilage injury.  

According to his agency, Red Brick House, Jin Hyuk received a surgery, and he is currently on rehabilitation. Since Jin Hyuk is unable to enlist in the army, he discharged on October 16. He will continue focus on his rehabilitation and treatment.
